Weifang, Shandong, China — 27 March 2026 — Tradsark New Materials (Weifang) Co., Ltd. has commissioned a new production line for aluminium-coated fabrics at its factory in Weifang, Shandong Province.
The line is designed to produce aluminium foil-coated glass fibre fabric and other heat-reflective composite materials, which find applications in thermal insulation, pipe wrapping, heat shielding and fire-resistant products.
Supplied by Jiangyin Honghua Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., the equipment utilises a solvent-free, low-VOC lamination process to bond glass fibre fabric with aluminium foil or reflective film.
The production line is equipped with a sealed coating chamber, a centralised exhaust gas collection system for the curing ovens, an RCO exhaust gas treatment system, online temperature control and safety interlock functions.
Tradsark stated that during the construction of this production line, particular emphasis was placed on lamination stability, oven temperature control, exhaust gas collection and the safety of continuous production.
The company has also fitted the production line with fire protection and emergency power equipment. The factory utilises ENERZIP diesel emergency water pump equipment and two 500 kVA industrial standby diesel generator sets to ensure the operation of the fire protection system, exhaust gas treatment equipment and production control loads in the event of a mains power failure.
The standby power system maintains the operation of the exhaust gas collection system, RCO treatment system, fire pumps and production control equipment during mains power outages.
Tradsark has completed all necessary environmental procedures for this project, including environmental impact assessments, emission permits or registration procedures, and post-construction environmental acceptance inspections. The company also operates in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

This production line provides a more stable foundation for our long-term manufacturing operations.”
With the official commissioning of this production line, Tradsark will continue to manufacture aluminium foil glass fibre cloth, aluminium-coated fabrics and heat-reflective insulation materials for applications in the industrial, construction and thermal protection sectors.
